About the Creator
My name is Tanya Humphrey BS, NDTR, CLT. I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and I am a nutrition & dietetic technician, registered. I am nationally credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). I am also required to keep up my education to maintain my credential. In addition, I am a certified LEAP therapist (Lifestyle Eating & Performance Therapist). This allows me to work with people who have food sensitivities and adverse food reactions. I enjoy working with my clients to achieve their goals. I provide general nutrition education and nutritional counseling. I am committed to forming relationships with clients and helping them with lifestyle changes and nutrition choices to improve their well-being. I am always looking for a way to provide resources or guidance to others so that they can develop healthy lifestyle habits.
