About the Book
In August, September, and October of 2019, Britt had the rare privilege to teach English as a Second Language remotely while living in the picturesque town of Rottenburg am Neckar, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. She was in tremendous physical and emotional pain and these three months restored her. While in Rottenburg, she composed more than 90 poems. This volume includes 40 of them.

She lives in a small New Mexican town but grew up on the east side of Detroit, Michigan. Britt’s artistic focus is on healing, the universe, mindfulness, and the enduring resilience of human beings.
