About the Book
An Art Photo Documentary of cars and their decay over time. A narrative of old relics in a changing world. Photos were taken all over Massachusetts with a focus on junk cars and rare imports. This book employs a type of glitch art know as pixel sorting to distort forms of automobiles to express the neglect of our society on these forgotten items. Following the over production of cars and the mainstream consumerism of the car industry, many car lay to waste in the urban landscape. Most of the cars seen in this book are at the end of their life cycle but I challenge all of us to think a second time before buying a new car and remember just how many beautiful cars are waiting to be restored.
