About the Book
This journal was designed to offer an easy and accessible way to track and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and moods each day. My hope is that it will become just one of the tools at your disposal in your self-care routine.
The book is divided into three sections. Below is a brief description of each:
1) Self-Care Inventory,
2) Mood Trackers,
3) Open-ended Journal Pages.
Keep this little book on your nightstand, in your backpack, or anywhere you will be reminded to take a few peaceful moments for yourself.
Please note: There is some profanity sprinkled throughout this book. It may not be suitable for young children or others who are offended by some foul language.
Sylvie is an artist, graphic designer, and self-published author. When she's not hard at work alongside the rest of Blurb's marketing team, she enjoys capturing fleeting moments through photography and creating abstract watercolor paintings.
