About the Book
Home Stints: Allotments in Time is a photographic exploration that extends along point A to point B. The subject matter of each photo was taken as I journeyed the long 500 mile route home, from Alabama to North Carolina. In doing this, the concepts of home, or going home, and time were my main focus. To tie these concepts together photographing abandoned residences and objects that belong inside the home, which are now abandoned or placed out of context, became the model for this piece.
