About the Creator
Melinda Kerr
Melbourne, Australia
Melinda has been photographing for as long as she can remember. In 2007 she combined her passion and her writing skills (gleaned from 20 years as a professional copywriter) and volunteered for an aid trip to DR Congo & Rwanda. The resultant book includes award winning photography and a deeply personal account of her thoughts and reactions. Working with HEAL Africa in Goma, Congo, Melinda saw what few do. The real story of this tragic African war.
