About the Creator
Claudette CHAMPBRUN-GOUX
Riverside, CA
Claudette Champbrun Goux, a native from France, is a Free-lance photographer since 1990. She studied studio photography with Geoff Winningham and received in 1998, a Bachelor of Fines Arts in Photography from Rice University, in Houston. In 2001, she was awarded a scholarship from the University of California, Riverside and graduated in June 2004 with a Master in Art History. She is the recipient of the Rice University, Christine Croneis Sayres Award in Studio Art and of the UCR / California Museum of Photography Fellowship for Art. She lives and works in Riverside. Beside her practice as an artist photographer, she was a lecturer teaching the History of Art at UC Riverside and La Sierra University.
