Motherly cow Theresa cannot find food nor a future for her young calf where they live. Coached by birds, Theresa learns to fly and heads for Washington, D.C On her way Theresa waves hurricanes and more and upon approaching Washington she is escorted by USAF fighter planes. Authorities cannot figure out what to do with her and decide to let her go about her life, but put a tail on her. Continues, she will settle in D.C. and call in her young calf.
