About the Book
__________________________________
If you know of or live in the beautiful COTSWOLD town of Winchcombe in Gloucestershire, then you might remember the dreadful winter of 2009/10 during which Winchcombe had 18" of snow and the temperature went down to a record -18 degrees!!!
The conditions lasted for several days and caused a great deal of inconvenience, but to me as a photographer, it was heaven and so I was out and about every day recording some wonderful pictures which I have included in this book. Have a close look as you might see your house in it!
This book will serve as a permanent reminder of when Winchcombe was in the Arctic!
I would suggest that you order the premium paper or new PROLINE as it complements the pictures making the book a truely memorable publication.
Maybe I will see you around Winchcombe.

About the Creator
I am a professional photographer, and spend all my time either taking pictures on my travels, mainly within the Mediterranean basin, or writing photo-books and action adventure novels. Recently I have expanded into the realms of adventure paperback novels based on actual events but leading into fictional situations My first novel " APPOINTMENT IN CAIRO " Revolution is in the Air is based around the current uprising in north Africa whilst integrating the UK financial cutbacks. One of the scenes depicts a very sad and 'neverbefore' thought of action involving British fighter jets. "An Egyptian Affair" "A Voice from Heaven" "Counter-Strike" "Fateful Decision" "Sanctuary in MALTA" "Mayday,Mayday,Mayday. Tornado Down" (Involves British Tornado GR4 in Syria) My latest books are: The Secret 'Bloody' Covenant and The Last Crossing An Unfortunate Affair in Morocco Just launched my new series of smaller books: The Mini-Book collection www.amazon.com (search Jon Grainge)
