Together, we can build stronger, healthier futures for our kids by focusing on compassion, communication, and resilience.
Let's break the stigma and lead with love By creating a supportive environment at home, we give our children the confidence to express themselves freely, navigate their emotions, and seek help when needed. It’s not just about managing mental health—it’s about fostering growth, independence, and hope for their future. Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory worth celebrating. About the Creator
Delice was a single mother of two boys, Day and Ced. From the outside, their life looked like the perfect picture of a tight-knit family, but behind closed doors, Delice was navigating a challenge few could see. Her eldest, Day, had been struggling with mental health for years, battling waves of anxiety and depression. It wasn’t easy—there were days filled with tears, sleepless nights, and moments where she felt utterly exhausted. But Delice was fierce in her love for her boys. She knew giving up was never an option. Instead of letting the weight of it all break her, Delice used her strength to lift her family higher. She sat down with Day and Ced one evening and talked openly about mental health. With her soothing voice and open heart, she explained that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes and that asking for help shows courage, not weakness. Ced understood, too, helping him see that his older brother wasn’t “different,” just dealing with something they needed to face together.
