Born and raised in the D.C.-Metropolitan area, Valentín Sánchez-Stoddard (They/Them/Theirs) is a Salvadoran-American multidisciplinary artist, community arts educator, cultural producer, and exhibitions coordinator living and creating in Philadelphia since 2018. They received their Certificate in Museum Studies from University of Washington in June 2024, and hold a BFA in Photography from Virginia Commonwealth University- School of the Arts in Richmond, VA. Valentín has exhibited work nationally in Philadelphia and Allentown, PA, Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, Brooklyn, NY, Phoenix, AZ, and internationally in Edinburgh, Scotland.
