About the Book
This journal is designed to help you systematically discover your core values and practice integrating them into your daily life.
The Value System Journal was designed by a neurodivergent author, who has a PhD in Psychology. Integrating across both personal experience, and their extensive research, the author designed a journal focused on making the process of identification and utilization of values as seamless as possible, with a focus on neurodivergent minds (specifically optimized for ADHD and autism).
Core values are an incredibly abstract idea, and knowing how to integrate such a broad or abstract concept into concrete decisions, can be particularly overwhelming and challenging for neurodivergent folks. This journal aims to support this important process by providing an extensive list of example values, clear steps to identify your values, a flexible yet paired down mechanism to reflect on your values throughout the year, and step-by-step guide to aid in your decision-making in order to minimize the overwhelm.
While this journal can help everyone, the journal's main goal was to be cognizant and mindful of how to best support neurodiverse folks who are working towards living in alignment with their values, and lead more fulfilling and rewarding lives.
