About the Book
"Oshkosh Quiet" is a book of black and white images photographed by a native of Oshkosh. Influenced by Robert Frank's "The Americans" and George Tice's "Paterson," photographer and author, Michael Esslinger, captures images reminiscent of his days growing up in Oshkosh and expressive of past Oshkosh through photographs of today. The book includes an introduction by the author describing his life growing up in his home town.
