Up to my retirement I was a scientist at the museum Naturalis (at present Netherlands Centre of Biodiversity Naturalis) at Leiden, the Netherlands, specializing in Lepidoptera. I am still active in this field, but can spend more time on other hobbies, like traveling and photography.
