About the Creator
CMAT Gold medalist, Sifu Kiyoko Hancock, is a certified Chen Style Taiji instructor and is currently living, and teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a longtime dedicated practitioner and has been teaching Chen Style Taiji forms and fundamental principles for the past ten years. She teaches the traditional Chen Lao Jia Yi Lu and Xin Jia complete forms, Taiji Hunyuan Ruler, and "Hunyuan 13 and 24 Cannon Fist forms." She also teaches Transcendental Qigong and Meditation, Chen Silk Reeling Exercises and various Chen and Hunyuan drills and exercises including walking meditation practices. She regularly teaches Workshops, more affectionately referred to as "Taiji Bootcamp," several times a year, and gives private instruction by appointment only.
