Julia is a high school physics and calculus teacher from Guelph, Ontario who has a passion for physics, and more specifically, astronomy. She has created several projects including a YouTube physics teaching channel called "Physics in the Flesh" and a free resource sharing website for teachers called "Meant4Teachers.com".

In 2013, Julia received her Honors Physics (Astrophysics Specialization) degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and proceeded to Teachers College in 2014 at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto where she received the John J. Del Grande Award for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics.

Julia is passionate about physics and wants to inspire others to develop a love for the subject as well - it's not just about the numbers, it's about the wonder.
