In the early part of this new century, Cathleen chose to explore spiritual formation and retreats, graduate school, spiritual direction training, deeper friendships, and the art of writing. All of these experiences prepared her to offer this book as a resource for spiritual formation.
Cathleen lives in Washington, DC. In 2009, she received an M.A. in Holistic Spirituality from Chestnut Hill College and completed Spiritual Direction training at the Kairos School of Spiritual Formation.
