My former employment in the Royal Netherlands Airforce, as well as a craving to visit far away places gave me the opportunity and the privilege to do just that. While spending some time after a trekking tour through Jordan, I became familiar with the Red Sea while snorkling. When I got the chance to return to the Middle East for a longer period, I picked up scuba diving. I now find great joy in diving in warm and exotic places and record these moments digitally. The next step is collecting the memories in book form.
