About the Ebook
Food has been apart of my soul for as long as I can remember. The joys of working amongst it on a daily basis and watching both children and adults walk away with a smile is always rewarding no matter how tiresome you feel. Not only that but the fact that on my days off I still want to get into the kitchen and make something of my own from books I've read and feel proud of my accomplishments can only say one thing..... It is apart of me and I love it. My early memories of food was with my Nanna and watching her put all her love into her cooking and creating her own recipes. She was an inspiration for me and she is one of the people I have to thank for making me the person I am today, spreading the same enthusiasm as she did through food.
