      About the Book

      Edit

Dromo - A self funded and independent Zine for first-gen immigrants of African descent and independent artists.

The word “dromo” means grace in Ga-Dangme aka the Ga language. The Ga language is one the ways Ghanaians communicate among each other. The language isn’t as popular so it can be misunderstood as the “other” language. With my heritage and cultural pride, my work is making the invisible, visible. [To Change the spaces we are in.]
