May Sun is a Los Angeles based artist known for her multimedia installations and large scale permanent public commissions throughout the country. Her work is in many collections including
a room sized installation in the Museum of Contemporary At in Los Angeles. This book is a paean to the animals she has cared for and the ones who inspire her in her work. She is passionate about the welfare of neglected animals and currently has four rescued cats and a big rescued dog. She also takes care of a koi pond in her place of residence.
