About

3 versions of the same book, 8x10 soft and hard cover & 10x13 hard cover,
Kris had so much admiration for the legendary tattoo artists - and the history of tattooing. He respected their work; the way tattoo art was made back in the day. He enjoyed reading books on their history, techniques, equipment, and their lives. I remember a conversation we had- Kris was researching a friends favorite icon, he couldn't find much on him. This totally upset him. He said- "you'd think someone would have valued this great man enough to do a book on him, so the world could see how amazing he was, but no, he just got lost in the muck and forgotten" This deeply upset Kris, The more he looked into other icons, he got more upset.
It got even more personal when he could not find much on artists/ legends he personally knew, worked with, and admired.
This is one reason creating this book for Kris was very important to me, he deserves it & the world deserves his art. I wanted to share my son and his world
