About

Design is an organic process for me. Whether I am creating a report for a Cabinet Secretary or a pro bono brochure for a local nonprofit, my goal is always the same — to communicate, educate, and enrich the lives of others through art and design.

The procedure usually begins with an idea followed by extensive research and sketches. After I create the initial concept, I begin the digital design, leaving open the opportunity for further collaboration and revision. It is always an educational journey for me that I hope transfers through the work. I share some of those stories here.
When I first began this project, my goal was to create a catalog of my work, but as it evolved the experience grew more intimate, and became a work of art for me.

I moved to Baltimore in 1998 to complete my degree in graphic design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). This book highlights some of the work I have completed since.
