For 20 years Amanda sokell has helped growing companies create order in their processes and systems, the first 10 years of which were through developing bespoke software. More recently her focus is about increasing organisational productivity.

She has worked with all shapes and sizes of company from 5 people to multi-national household names, including a home automation company who applied her methods and doubled their productivity over a two year period.

She helps companies with 25 or more employees who need to change processes or implement software to do so successfully. Her Chaos Audit™ unearths their processes and informs their requirements and then she mentors internal staff to deliver the project successfully.
