Gregory Scott Daily grew up in a large family in rural Northeastern Pennsylvania, where nature was woven into everyday life. As a boy, he spent countless days exploring the woods, streams, and meadows of his family's farm, forming a lasting connection with the animals he encountered. That childhood curiosity grew into a deep respect for wildlife. Today, Greg and his wife Wendy, live in a new home just outside of town, where nature still feels close at hand. Backyard Friends of Cedar Stone Manor was written as a celebration of that connection to nature and the wonder it can bring to children and families.
