About the Book
Mnemophobia is Sarah Bruni's first photographic book, and child. Designed as a journal-style book, it is an exploration of grievance once a romantic relationship has concluded. The book consists of several letters dedicated to the other half of the couple, but left for only their eyes to see.
Bruni does believe that closure exists once a relationship has ended, whether you seek closure in the other person or within yourself. Writing has always helped Bruni overcome obstacles she has faced and feels as though that is a popular opinion.
This book is dedicated to people who are currently feeling heartbreak in any capacity. It can feel very lonely, but there are always people out there feeling with you.
