About the Ebook
I am Prue Mynard; an Accredited Practising Dietitian, a wife and mother of 3 kids (7, 5 and 2). I love food and I love cooking. I strongly believe in a positive relationship with food and that there are no good foods and bad foods, all foods have a place in the diet. I have always loved developing recipes, and it has always been a dream to write my own cookbook that outlines my philosophy around food. Food should be enjoyed and it is an opportunity to share your creations with loved ones, and most of all, it should be delicious and nutritious.
