Between the ages of five and twenty-five Patricia lived on pills, visited the doctor weekly, had multiple surgeries, and felt awful every single day. By the grace of God, she woke up one day and considered her lifestyle to be the reason why she was always so sick. After almost a four year journey into nutritional and herbal therapies, Patricia has been able to reverse a laundry list of disease that she was living with. We are what we eat, and that has been the inspiration behind all of her recipes.
Patricia is a certified Whole Food Plant-Based nutritionist through the T. Colin Campbell program for Nutritional Studies at Cornell University.
