About the Book
Pastry chef turned home baker. Though I hold an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Pastry Arts I identify more as a home baker. As a military spouse I’ve had the unique opportunity to travel and try foods from all over Europe and the United States. While stationed in Italy I began writing my cookbook, To Deliciousness and Beyond, inspired by my travels and experiences. I’ve spent years writing, testing and photographing recipes while raising our son. Once a recipe was written and produced, I usually donated it to the local military. My husband is active-duty United States Air Force and has been for almost 12 years. He has been the push I needed to finally get this cookbook written and published. Our son is a ball of energy, to say the least. He has helped me make several of these recipes.
