About the Creator
Paul C. Kopp Mr. Kopp former art educator and instructor is an and award winning sculptor. His artistic ability with over 20 years of experience, has led him to the pursuit of various mediums which include photography. He has produced and directed a 12 part television series "The Common Thread" which focuses on expressions of fabric art. This led to a co-production with WLRN a PBS Station on Miccosukee Indian Patch work. Mr. Kopp also co-author a book "The Calico Man" which highlights the historical Calico Fabric. It is regarded as the primary source for the dating historical fabrics. Published by the American Quilting society and collaborated with long time adviser Mr. Louis J. Frezza. Some of the fabrics within the book are also in the Smithsonian Institution. Mr. Kopp's current endeavor is this Primier Issue of T.H.E. Magazine. A photographic journey into the human experience.
