About the Creator
Sarah McCarthy
Berrin
Sarah Jade McCarthy Textile Artist and Educator I have loved art and nature all my life and am proud to have been brought up in a family where nature, language, culture and learning are valued and respected. I moved to the Limestone Coast from Adelaide, and have lived in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Experiencing the differences in seasons made me fully appreciate the importance of learning about the natural world and the local environment. Language is a primary bond between people, which in turn strengthens community and culture. I love to represent interactions within my art to highlight the importance of constructive communication.
