About the Book
While we might turn to meditation in order to find a quiet of sorts in our lives, the Buddha provides us with a path towards something much richer: a path of insight and wisdom… a path that fundamentally changes how we relate to others and our world… a path that allows us to see who we really are.

Australia
I am a father of three and high school English teacher, living on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Australia. I was invited to teach the Dhamma (the teachings of the Buddha) in the Theravada tradition in 2004 by Philippa Ransome, herself authorised by much-respected Buddhist nun Venerable Ayya Khema, one of the great mystics of the 20th century. I teach a number of meditation courses.
