Canoolie is a property located along the Deua River in the Bendethera National Park, New South Wales, Australia.
Now a protected heritage region, the area was until recently only accessible by horse or foot and so it retains a wonderfully peaceful and almost pristine quality.
Canoolie is the location used by the Canberra Grammar School for their Year 10 camps. It was while visiting these camps to photograph the students I shot this collection of landscapes. A few shots were also taken on the journeys into and out of the area.
